my friend called me yesterday and she was telling me how she fell in love with this man ,well anyway long story short she said she wasnt going to take it any futher and she was going to leave him alone ,i asked why and she said he was married with a child ,and i asked her if she did anything with him she said she kissed him ,he gave her oral sex and she gave him oral sex too ,all this at his house ..they did not actually have sexual intercourse .she is very upset with what she did from what i heard from her yesterday over the phone and she kept asking is it really considered an affair ? my question > DO YOU CONSIDER ORAL SEX AS ADULTERY ? thanks for all answers

I am very concerned about my best friend. She is only 23, and her husband is 33. Her husband is a terrible alcoholic who frequently beats her and will even occasionally threaten to hurt her one year old son to cause her more fear. She is a small and feeble woman, and she is extremely sensitive. At one time, he had literally picked her up and threw her across the room because she refused to go buy him more alcohol. She has many cuts and bruises over her body and face, and no word other than " monster" could come close to describing her awful, awful husband.Yet she refuses to divorce because she said that it's not what Jesus would have done. She said that it was in her marriage vow that she would be with him " in sickness" , and that she would work until she died until she could help her husband recover from alcoholism. She said she would sin to divorce him, as he has not cheated on her.I appreciate her heart, but surely this is not the kind of life that God would want for a couple? She's too young, too kind, and too much of a sweetheart to go through that BS. What can I tell her? If not for her, I'm gravely concerned for her son...please help.

i am the girlfriend who is not having any sexual intercourse with a married man who wants out of his marriage... we started off as friends talking about how he can get a divorce me being already divorced . i first and foremost told him he needs to see a lawyer.After we met for lunch the first time... to meet as friends we discovered how we really feel about each other.. then after we met 2 more times his wife found out about me. I have never slept with him or ever have i spent a night with him ... we see each other during the day in public places ... and yes i have kissed him and we do tell each other that we love each other now and we try to see one another as often as we can.. my question is can she divorce him on adultery and what are the consequences of divorce on adultery?

Her husband of course wants to divorce her...she is unhappy, that's why she cheated in the first place and will not contest the divorce, in the state of New York, you cannot get divorced unless you satisfy one of 6 grounds to divorce, Adultery is one of them... and they ask for a 3rd party affidavit ,which the wife can provide cause her friend knows of all of the affair, but she is also willing to give the husband emails that state that she was having intercourse with someone else...names and dates are on the emails. Will the courts accept these emails into the case?there is no irreconcilibe differences or incompatibiliy grounds in New YorkMan i have my whole life on Y A funny how people really pay attention We don't have any property at all and we agree on all aspects or the dissolution of marriage..

My husband commited adultery! Can I file a restraining order on his girlfriend?
My husband cheated while at home and has been out of the house for about 4 mos. He has his own apartment now and the girl he cheated with is now his girlfriend. My question is my children ages 12 and 6 do not want to meet her. My husband ex keeps telling them that they will HAVE to meet her. Since he has told his kids that, they do not want to spend the night with him because they are worried that his girlfriend will be there. This of course has caused a problem between their relationship as father and kids. I do not want my kids to not spend time with their dad but this is what they constantly worry about. Can I file a restraining order against her to save my kids relationship with their father. Filing a restraining order against her will insure them that she will not come around. And yes, I do believe my husband ex would bring her over and invite her to my children against their wishes. I mean otherwise, I would not be in this situation. Also, do you think I should have him over for christmas and spend the holiday together? We did not spend Thanksgiving together. Thanks for any responses.

thanks I wasn't asking to judge anyone I find myself divorced and I was looking for answers. my opinion is personal and not to judge anyone else People can do what they want until the world cave in as long as it doesn't affect me personally
