Question: My bf usually wears my ring on his middle finger, but when he goes clubbing, he wear it on his index finger..?

He is putting it himself out there to tell other woman he is available...It's time to kick him to the curb....Also it tells you, that your only good enough until someone else comes by, Do you want somebody like that, go find yourself someone that wants you!! This guy is a jerk

I would ask him, but beware my friend...are there other signs of non-commitment to you? Don't fool yourself if he is playing you.

Perhaps he sees it as a way of fashion or style.Perhaps he's just not comfortable with it.Ask him about it..dont sound pushy...but in a friendly way. good luck

Unless the ring is supposed to be on the left ring finger who cares. You're not married. What is the difference between the right hand, left hand, thumb, middle finger, Index finger, toe. What is the meaning.

First of all... I thought only a ring on the "ring finger " signified any sort of attachment. So if he moves it from one meaningless finger to another... what difference does it make? Also I have noticed when wearing rings many times they are looser when it is cold out or tighter when it is warm and humid. Perhaps he is just putting it on a smaller finger since he might get really hot and sweaty when he goes clubbing. But really... the only way you can know is just to ask.

Yeah maybe he's telling that.. but don't get him wrong.. in a positive way-he still wear the ring wherever he goes right? it means that he brings 'you' wherever he is.. don't be too worry.. but why can't you ask him first about that? he might have his own answer why he's doing that.

Why go clubbing if you're involved already? Just seems odd to me. If a girl did that to me, I'd totally call her on it. That's just BS.

There are several possibilities. A ring is not like any other type of jewelry. People use a ring for marriage. So even if you gave him the ring as just a gift that's one thing. But if you insisted that he wears it on his middle finger (where a wedding ring would go) then that combination (you saying heres my ring and wear it on the middle finger all the time) could scare him on one level or another. "Scare " being ... smothering, controling or having ideas of a very long relationship in mind (as in ... "I'm going to name my baby "Bob ", "sam " or "josh ". And we will go to Hawaii for the honeymoon). When you give jewelry to a guy ... its his property now. So technically, he could keep it at home in a jewelry box, wear it on a string around his neck or only wear it on special occasions. Understand ... he could have said to himself, "hey she just gave me this ring to keep other girls away, instead of giving me the gift because she love me. " You never know. The best way to keep your boyfriend with you ... is to do things for him and with him that makes him happy even if it's NOT a holiday or his birthday. With a relationship, it takes work. Do things HE likes not things, you like (and you hope he will grow to like it). The question should be ... what can you do today or this week that will make him WANT to stay with you? What will make him laugh? What will make him realize you are very special? Focusing on how to keep girls away from your boyfriend will make him want to leave you. Good Luck
